As responsible holder of the automated files deriving from the website, LA FUNDACIÓN wishes to inform visitors and users of the web page its protection and personal data treatment policy, applicable only if the users wish to fill in any form at www.ALARES.net where personal data are obtained without damaging the stipulated in the Privacy Clause, applicable to each form. In any case, ALARES guarantees at all times the full and whole fulfilment of the obligations stated by the Personal Data Protection Act (15/1999), December 13, as well as the ones stipulated in the Royal Decree 994/1999, which passes the Regulations of Security Measures as well as the other development rules.

12. Regarding personal data of people under the age of 18, ALARES will never use these data for inappropriate purposes and will take into account the fact they are under-aged. ALARES will never obtain data related to financial situations or family members. ALARES will give the parents or tutors the chance to exercise rights of access to or cancellation, rectification and objection of the data of their children or the ones they have the tutelage from. Parents will also encourage the under-aged to ask for help before entering any important information. In case of people under the age of 14, these will submit to ALARES a written consent from their parents, tutors or legal representatives in order to be allowed to enter data.
