The USER undertakes to respect all the rights of the Intellectual Property of this Site. He can visualize, print and/or copy to a hard disk or to any other medium elements of the Site, provided that these elements are for personal and private purpose only. It is, therefore, prohibited the transformation, distribution, public communication, exploitation, modification, alteration and/or decompilation of these elements. The USER should refrain from deleting, altering, avoiding or manipulating any protection device or security system which might be installed in the sites of ALARES.

DISCLAIMER: ALARES and its licensors or presidents are not responsible, in any case, of the damages that may occur: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of site availability or virus transmission or programs containing malicious or injuring contents, despite all the adopted necessary technological measures in order to avoid this.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: The relation between ALARES and the USER will be ruled by the current Spanish rules and any controversy will be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid.
