Alares Human Services makes an effort to facilitate the access to all users. Due to the fact that we continue making modifications to our Site, it is possible that some pages do not meet our standards. Wish you obtain further information about our access standards or have problems to access this Site, please contact us.

Fulfilment of the standards
All pages belonging to this Site use XHTML. All links have title attributes which describe the link in more detail; unless the text of the link already describes the destination (such is the case of the heading of an article). The links are written to be understandable even out of context. All images of the contents of this Site include descriptive ALT attributes. The graphs, which are just decorative, include null ALT attributes.

Visual design
This Site uses cascading style sheets (CSS) and avoids using positioning and design tables. This Site uses only relative font sizes, which are compatible with the option “font size” specified by the user in the visual explorers. If your explorer does not allow style sheets, each page should be elegantly shown and the included contents should be able to be perfectly read. We have tried several explorers for this Site:
* Internet Explorer (6, 5.5 and 5.0)
* Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and the latest versions of Gecko/Netscape
* Opera (5, 6 and 7)
* Safari
* Konqueror

The following access keys are included throughout the whole Site in order to help the users use screen readers. If you find a page where the above mentioned is not fulfilled, please let us know via our contact page.
